Hi Siddarth, Scott here!
I'm not sure what Dror told you, but there's no real need to write a 'Sandbox' version of a page first. In fact, it's much more the wiki way to just prepare pages in place. If needed, put a note at the top of the page to the effect it's still in preparation. In fact, it you type
{{In Preparation}}somewhere on your page, it will create a nice little notice to that effect. --Scott 23:20, 6 Sep 2005 (EDT)
