There is no source code provided within the wikilink.jar and I'd like to write an anttask to connect to mediawiki

Yes there is. It's right here: MediawikiConnection.java. The jar itself and the methods are pretty self explanatory. I've built two scripts from scratch for a Wiki Encyclopedia Gamia. --AlphaTwo from Encyclopedia Gamia 13:44, 9 Mar 2006 (EST)
